  1. Medical Intake Form – complete a form for us to review your medical history and symptoms.
  2. Discovery Call or Email Inquiry – you can either schedule a free call or email us to discuss symptoms, eligibility, and questions.
  3. Lab Work – we’ll order lab work to check for low or suboptimal testosterone levels. While lab fees are billed separately, many patients use their health insurance to help cover the cost.
  4. Consultation – if eligible, we’ll schedule an in-person or telehealth consult to review your results and treatment plan.
  5. Treatment – testosterone is shipped to you with supplies. Choose to self-inject or visit us for assistance.
